These terms cover your use of Tracify, an Android application published by Hardhik Chinthan. By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you do not, please do not use the app.
Tracify is licensed, not sold. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control. You may not resell, redistribute, rent out, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
Drawings you make with Tracify are yours. We claim no rights over anything you create.
Tracify works by drawing over a reference photo that you supply. You are responsible for having the right to use every image you load. A photograph you took, or one you have permission or a licence to use, is fine. An image you found online generally is not, and tracing it does not change who owns it.
This matters most if you intend to sell, publish, or enter a competition with the result. The app cannot check the origin of an image, so that judgement is yours to make.
Tracify Pro is a single one-time purchase that unlocks the shading guide and removes the watermark from exported drawings. It is not a subscription: there is nothing recurring, and nothing to cancel.
Do not use Tracify to create material that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, or that depicts a real person in a way intended to harass or defame them.
The app is provided as it is. We may update it, change features, or stop distributing it. Features described here may change between versions, and we do not guarantee that the app is free of defects or that it will run on every device.
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
Tracify collects no personal data. The details are in the privacy policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Karnataka have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Updated terms will be posted at this address with a new date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the revised terms.
